By accessing Esposearch.net, creating an account, posting or ordering a project, purchasing a Website Audit, buying a course or digital resource, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Company and Website

Esposearch.net is a digital agency website owned and operated by Esposearch Limited, a limited liability company registered under the applicable laws of the Republic of Kenya. Esposearch.net serves clients and customers internationally.

Esposearch.net coordinates client projects through a managed agency model. Projects may be assigned internally to trained, vetted or approved members of our expert team according to the skills required, while administrative oversight remains with Esposearch.net.

Esposearch.net provides WordPress-focused digital services, including WordPress SEO audits, SEO optimization, speed optimization, SEO content and blog strategy, WordPress SEO management, training, courses, downloadable resources and related consulting or implementation services.

The exact scope of a paid project is defined by the service description, order details, audit findings, proposal, quotation, invoice or other written agreement issued or approved by Esposearch.net.

5. Standard WordPress Website Audit

Our Standard WordPress Website Audit is a paid diagnostic service currently priced at $497 USD, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written quotation.

Standard deliverables

• GTmetrix Website Speed Analysis Report.
• Rank Math SEO Analysis Report.
• Detailed implementation quotation or recommended next-step scope.

The audit fee covers diagnosis and related deliverables only. It does not automatically include implementation, website repair, premium plugin licensing or ongoing management.

6. SEO, Speed and Other Implementation Services

Implementation services are normally quoted separately after diagnosis. Pricing may vary according to website size, technical condition, number of pages, plugin conflicts, hosting environment, complexity, requested deadline and approved scope.

We may use Rank Math, WP Rocket, Content AI or other suitable tools where appropriate. Use of a named product does not mean every feature will be activated or every website requires the same configuration.

The client contracts with Esposearch.net, not directly with an individual assigned expert, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. WordPress SEO Management

WordPress SEO Management is a recurring service that may include monitoring, technical SEO maintenance, Rank Math upkeep, internal-link review, content-priority recommendations, performance checks, reporting and other agreed activities.

Retainer scope, billing frequency and included capacity are defined in the applicable proposal, order or invoice. Work beyond the agreed recurring scope may require a separate quotation.

8. Academy and Courses

Esposearch.net may sell online courses and professional-development content. Course pricing, access period, curriculum and included materials are shown on the applicable course or checkout page.

Course access is for the purchasing user or licensed account only and may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, recorded or republished without written permission.

Course completion does not guarantee employment, internship placement, professional certification, income, rankings or business results. Any internship or expert-team opportunity is subject to separate selection, assessment and availability.

9. Digital Resources, Templates and Strategy Documents

Checklists, templates, strategy documents, reports, SOPs, worksheets and other digital materials are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted use and remain subject to Esposearch.net intellectual-property rights.

These resources are general tools and must be adapted to the user’s specific website, market and circumstances.

10. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

Some pages may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you purchase through an affiliate link, Esposearch.net may earn a commission from the provider at no additional charge to you unless otherwise disclosed.

The third party remains responsible for its pricing, licensing, availability, warranties, billing and product performance.

11. Accounts, Registration and Access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You must notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account or project information has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access or material interference with our systems or users.

12. Client Responsibilities

To enable timely and accurate delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate website, business and project information.
• Provide necessary administrative or technical access when reasonably required.
• Maintain appropriate backups before major changes unless backup work is included in scope.
• Provide decisions, approvals, content, credentials or dependencies within a reasonable time.
• Ensure the client has authority to grant access to all supplied websites, systems and materials.
• Review delivered work and raise material concerns within any stated review period.

13. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website, quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before work begins, before digital access is granted, or according to a written milestone arrangement.

Third-party payment processors may apply their own verification or processing requirements. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank charges or currency-conversion costs associated with their transaction, except taxes imposed directly on Esposearch Limited’s income.

14. Scope Changes and Additional Work

Requests that materially change the approved scope may require revised pricing, additional time or a new quotation. Esposearch.net is not obligated to perform out-of-scope work without written approval.

15. Delivery Times and Deadlines

We aim to deliver within agreed timelines and manage projects according to approved technical requirements and deadlines. Delivery dates remain subject to client cooperation, access availability, third-party systems, technical complexity and events outside our reasonable control.

If a material delay is anticipated, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the issue and provide an updated timeline.

16. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type and work status. Because audits, consulting, implementation and digital products may involve immediate labor, analysis or access, they may not be fully refundable after performance begins or digital access is supplied.

Any separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Project-specific cancellation or refund terms control where expressly agreed for that engagement.

17. Intellectual Property

Esposearch.net retains ownership of its brand, website, training materials, proprietary methods, templates, internal processes, course content, reusable frameworks and pre-existing intellectual property.

Once all amounts due are paid, the client may use project-specific deliverables created specifically for that client for their intended business purpose, unless otherwise stated. This does not transfer ownership of underlying methods, templates, software, training materials or reusable know-how.

Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock media and similar assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

18. Third-Party Platforms, Plugins and Services

Our work may depend on products such as WordPress, Rank Math, WP Rocket, GTmetrix, hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines, analytics tools and payment processors.

Esposearch.net does not control third-party outages, pricing changes, feature changes, licensing terms, algorithm changes, security incidents or product discontinuation.

19. SEO, Speed and Business Results Disclaimer

Esposearch.net provides professional diagnosis, optimization, implementation and strategy services, but does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, revenue figure, conversion rate, Core Web Vitals result or GTmetrix score.

Results can be affected by competition, search demand, website authority, hosting, technical limitations, third-party scripts, content quality, user behavior, algorithm updates and other factors outside our control.

20. Acceptable Use

You may not use Esposearch.net to violate applicable law or third-party rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, facilitate fraud or abuse, or copy and redistribute protected course, resource or website content beyond permitted use.

21. Confidentiality and Client Information

We treat non-public client project information as confidential and use it only as reasonably necessary to deliver, manage and support the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Clients should avoid sending passwords or sensitive information through insecure channels where a safer access method is available.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Esposearch Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost business opportunity or losses caused by third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will generally be limited to the amount paid to Esposearch.net for that specific service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esposearch Limited, its officers, employees, contractors and approved experts from claims, losses or liabilities arising from unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized instructions or materials you provide, or breach of these Terms.

24. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, abusive behavior, misuse of the platform or other reasonable operational or legal grounds.

Termination does not remove obligations for work already completed, committed third-party costs or other accrued rights.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kenya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.

Before formal proceedings, the parties should use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent court or dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Esposearch.net may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, commercial practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
